Administration Of The Stationary Sources Air Quality Permitting Program

Changes the open burning law to limit the type of materials that can be burned outside and requires a permit to burn approved materials. No-Street-Use Vehicle Registration Fee

Summary: Establishes a no-street-use registration for idle vehicles. Prohibits such a vehicle from being operated on public highways. Fines violators of the no-street-use registration of the penalty for failing to register a vehicle and the amount equal to the amount saved when registering the vehicle as a no-street-use vehicle. Modifying the "Urban and Rural Enterprise Zone Act" to Improve Accountability

Severance Tax Withholding Penalty

Summary: The bill establishes a penalty for producers or purchasers that fail to make the 1% severance tax payment that is equal to 10% of the payment owed or $50, whichever is the greater amount, plus interest on the payment owed. The bill also establishes a penalty for failing to file the annual report required by the department that is equal to 30% of the amount of withholding that should have been reflected in the report or $5,000, whichever is the lesser amount.

Severance Tax Funding for Parks and Recreation

Creating a Lifetime State Parks Pass For Seniors.

Phonebook Bill—Bans unrequested delivery of more than one pound of paper

Prohibits telephone service providers from delivering a white page directory to a customer unless the customer requests the delivery. Increased Transparency in Gifts for State-Funded Programs
