Steamboat Springs — Plans for new restaurants, chairlifts and terrain will be discussed Wednesday night during a master plan open house hosted by Steamboat Ski and Resort Corp. The meeting is from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the Burgess Creek II meeting room at The Steamboat Grand. As part of the planning process, Ski Corp. is soliciting feedback, which is an integral step in the U.S. Forest Service approval process. “The point is we want to have feedback from our locals, from our guests,” Ski Corp. spokeswoman Loryn Kasten said. In November, the ski area unveiled plans for projects it wants to tackle throughout the next decade....
