The U.S. Senate seems to have a growing gang problem. Frankly, we're glad — if the bipartisan "gangs" can overcome the Senate's chronic problem of partisan gridlock. Colorado Sen. Ken Salazar, a charter member of the bipartisan "Gang of 14" that eased the division over judicial nominations, is one of six lawmakers who this week joined the former "Gang of 10" to help pass a bipartisan energy measure....
