The announcement last week that Vestas will be building a wind turbine manufacturing plant near Brighton is both good news and bad news for Weld County. But we lean more on the good news side. Vestas already has a plant in Weld County near Windsor. We would have preferred that its second plant be in the Windsor area, or closer to Greeley....
