It is being called a "landmark moment" for transportation in El Paso County--the county commissioners' approval of the Interim Unincorporated Countywide Transportation Improvement Fee Thursday morning. The fee would cost a homebuilder $1,500 per single family unit. The fee would also apply to commercial development with different rates.
