| Gas in Silt-area water well traced to same pad blamed in past leak |

An investigation into methane in a domestic water well south of Silt indicates it is coming from the same oil and gas drilling pad responsible for a previous leak on the same property. Representatives for EnCana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc. and the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission say the gas at the well and in a creek in the Dry Hollow area appears to be coming from the same nearby EnCana pad that was the source of 2004 contamination of what was known as the Dietrich well....
